DCA has designed and developed vending machines and associated equipment for use in many different markets and environments. These include beverage and personal care vending machines, bank note validators, coin and card readers, cup splitters and transport mechanisms and dry ingredient dispensers.

We have all the skills and facilities to undertake the development of complete machine systems, but we can also offer specific skills and services to complement your own in-house team.

These public products need to be designed to draw in consumers, providing even irregular users with an immediately accessible interface. To maximise revenue potential, they must be engineered to provide high levels of reliability and security in unmanaged and often environmentally challenging locations.

If issues do arise in the field, telemetrics can be used to measure and transmit diagnostic information so that servicing staff arrive prepared to get the machine back on-line quickly and efficiently.
