Electronic circuit boards

DCA offers a wide range of specialist design capabilities for developing electronic circuits in the analogue, digital and RF domains. Through investment in the latest schematic capture and circuit board layout tools combined with close links to local, European and Far-Eastern manufacturers, we can utilise the entire range of modern circuit board technologies, such as:

  • Space saving flexible circuit boards
  • Temperature stable, high speed (RF) ceramic boards
  • Cost saving die bonding (silicon mounted directly on board)
  • Multi-layer boards with buried vias
We regularly undertake miniaturisation projects, squeezing large amounts of functionality into very small footprints.

The importance of early prototyping should never be ignored and where appropriate we breadboard circuits to validate our theoretical design work.

DCA also offers design services for a host of standard, semi-custom and fully custom display technologies. We work directly with screen manufacturers to produce mass-produced, very low cost, silicon-on-glass, dot matrix, touch screen and segmented LCD displays.
