team has the strong, broad based theoretical background
to ensure that our functional designs are practical, efficient
and reliable. Computer based
tools are used extensively to optimise performance in
conjunction with physical rig building and prototyping.
Linear and non-linear Finite Element Analysis (FEA),
numerical solvers, behavioural modelling, mechanism
animation and kinematics modelling are all available
in-house.
Rigs and prototypes
are used throughout the development process to validate
the computer analysis and confirm that the appropriate
levels of performance have been met.
