DCA's prototyping facilities are modern, efficient and well equipped, whilst our modelmakers, machinists and technicians are versatile, experienced and well trained. They are involved in the development process at all stages, with tasks as varied as:

• contributing visual models or mock-ups to support our user-focused design processes
• producing test rigs to confirm and refine the performance of our proposed solutions
• generating and evaluating representative prototypes.

Our prototyping facilities are co-located with our design and engineering teams to form an integrated part of our development process. This makes regular interaction and communication easier, which in turn allows work to be completed more rapidly and to higher quality standards.
