We can provide custom configured facilities to carry out pre-production assembly. We are regularly asked to provide an initial batch of production standard units, and on some occasions have provided the first 2 or 3 years worth of production units.

This pre-production process helps us to debug the manufacturing and assembly aspects of the design. It can also provide sufficient product volume to allow the finished product to be test marketed, for example through regional launches, before establishing a full capacity manufacturing facility with the appropriate processes and equipment.
