Although computer-based technology is applied extensively to analyse potential design solutions, we strongly favour the extensive use of physical test rigs to confirm the theoretical software predictions.

Test rigs are designed and built in-house to replicate specific in-service use and abuse conditions and are used throughout the development process to test performance against the targets set in the design specification. In this way we are able to systematically reduce the development risk in a project as early as possible and build confidence that the final product solution will perform as expected.
