DCA employs a variety of high precision, specialist test and inspection equipment to evaluate the accuracy with which key components and assemblies have been produced and the performance of rigs, prototypes and production units. All test and inspection equipment is calibrated in line with our ISO 9001 approved quality system, which also governs the testing procedures.

Inspection, testing and approval of both prototype and production parts can be carried out at DCA using a variety of measuring equipment including our portable Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Using this, critical dimensions and tolerances can be measured, checked and displayed directly against the original CAD data.
