DCA has a large portfolio of user centred research techniques and related product simulation skills that can be applied through-out the design process to obtain evidence to support or determine design direction. DCA carries out this work around the world at qualitative levels and also works hand-in-hand with market research agencies to achieve quantitative studies.

Our work ranges from observational-behavioural research and the formulation of new product insight, though to studies to assist in providing evidence for design decisions relating to whole concepts or specific design details. This work is proving to be very valuable in creating market leading and market changing products for our clients.
