DCA has helped RB (formerly Reckitt Benckiser) design and develop a new electronic insect repellent, Noites Tranquilas for its Brazilian Insecticide brand, SBP.
Noites Tranquilas (Peaceful Nights) can repels insects and flies continuously for 12 hours straight using a timer or allows the user to manually switch the device on or off according to their needs. The refill, which can last for 30 nights, is protected, avoiding contact with skin and offering more security, especially in homes with children and pets.
DCA was responsible for the industrial design and development work in partnership with Reckitt Benckiser’s R&D and global design management teams to develop the device and structural packaging. DCA also worked closely with Brand Union who developed the graphic branding.
