Our engineering services cover mechanical, electronics hardware and software development. Our tools and processes include ProEngineer, SolidWorks, Rhino, MoldFlow™ analysis, Finite Element Analysis, FMEAs, thermal analysis, EMC testing and C++ coding.
Prototyping solutions include mechanical test rigs, electronics prototypes, appearance models, fully detailed functional prototypes and low volume pilot production.

Lucent, a developer of mobile telephone chip-sets, asked DCA to assist in defining a reference design that could be used by handset manufacturers.
DCA advised the Lucent engineering team on PCB layout, component placement and construction guidelines to provide the widest possible range of handset designs from a fixed internal package.
DCA developed handset designs to demonstrate how to apply the architecture. 75 fully working prototypes launched the platform at CeBit. The architecture was used in the handsets of several Asian brands.
