DCA have designed, built and delivered complete machines for many markets, including paint mixers, a nail maker and a press for creating the insulation walls used around the elements of cooker hobs.

We have also developed modifications to existing machines, including bagging machines, box fillers and wire winders.

Computer-based dynamic and kinematics modelling are used extensively to develop the complex mechanisms that form the basis of most of these projects. We then employ Finite Element Analysis, as well as computerised and manual calculations, to ensure that the loads predicted can be handled and transferred by the various machine elements.

DCA’s systematically documented design approach, which is ISO 9001-approved, together with our extensive knowledge of the Low Voltage and Machineries Directive, means that we are able to assume full responsibility for the CE Marking of any machine we design or develop.
