How and where will your product be made? Who will be your manufacturing partners? How can the design intent be transferred smoothly into volume production?

We have developed a comprehensive network of proven and trusted suppliers. We have first-hand experience of off-shore sourcing of components and complete assembled products. We can support you independently and objectively in selecting the suppliers you need to deliver your product, including supplier audits where required.

Whether your production team is internal or external, we will want to liaise closely with them early in the development programme. We will use their input to tailor the product architecture and design to match the way it will be manufactured, assembled, tested and delivered.

Our detailed knowledge of the new product means that we are often best placed to develop and document assembly and test procedures as well as designing dedicated jigs and assembly automation.
