M6 Double Deck Train

DCA conceived a unique and novel seating layout for the M6. The seats were arranged in a staggered formation that provided a wider central aisle without pinch points between seat backs. This improved passenger flow and gave the interior an enhanced, open feel.

The vestibule design was also unique, incorporating curved stairways around an elegant central pillar into which the powered bi-parting saloon doors retract.

The M6 double-deck trains have been enthusiastically received and their third production tranche is being manufactured in Belgium and France.
