Multiple product launches at A+A 2025
DCA were proud to see that two of our most recent product developments were both launched at the A+A 2025, Health and Safety trade fair this week.
Dräger’s new X-plore 8300 PAPR took centre stage amongst their exhibited Powered Air Purifying Respirator portfolio. This compact and lightweight product enables higher levels of user comfort and mobility, while the IP67 rated enclosure supports rugged cleaning protocols. Its compact size and powerful performance impresses when used in conjunction with Dräger’s X-plore 8000 series of headpieces.
DCA supported Dräger in the design and development of X-plore 8300, utilising our multidisciplinary team to develop the electronic hardware and the embedded software control, as well as the design and mechanical engineering of the casework enclosure.
We were all pleased to see it exhibited and gaining great visitor interest.
Also launched was JLG’s LiftPod.
LiftPod is a new quick folding low-level access lift, specifically designed for facilities maintenance across a wide range of indoor commercial environments.
DCA supported the JLG team with the design and mechanical engineering of this new innovative product.
LiftPod provides a more ergonomic and comfortable elevation experience, allowing single operators to work at heights of up to 3.5m. It provides an innovative, safer and more robust alternative to traditional access methods such as aluminium ladders or podiums.
Its quick folding and compact form allows it to be easily manoeuvred around commercial job sites. It is self-powered requiring no charging, increasing its convenience and availability for staff to work at height.
