DCA presents a talk and a poster display at the International Human Factors Rail Conference
We were delighted that not only was Dan Jenkins, DCA’s Senior Skill Leader for Human Factors and Usability, asked to present at this year’s International Human Factors Rail Conference, but we were also invited to display a poster at the associated exhibition.
In his talk, Dan brought neuroinclusion to the spotlight, highlighting not only why it matters but also offering practical, actionable steps to create train environments that truly work for everyone, without compromising features, functionality or design.
It was great to see how much the audience engaged with this topic, as witnessed by the impassioned discussion that followed Dan’s presentation.

DCA also unveiled a poster showcasing its latest innovations in train seat design, advancing the goal of making journeys more comfortable, inclusive and enjoyable for all passengers. The poster proved to be a great conversation starter, leading to some fascinating discussions.
