DCA visit Clerkenwell Design Week

DCA’s design team recently attended Clerkenwell Design Week (24th-26th May), one of the UK’s leading independent design festivals. Opportunities like these give our team a welcome chance to explore key trends and gather inspiration while meeting up-and-coming talent and catching up with old friends and colleagues.
With its varied mix of product design, furniture, accesories and textiles, the festival proved a fruitful experience for all of us who attended, providing insight into current design trends alongside stimulus for ongoing and future projects.
A stand out exhibition for our design team was Benchmark's workspace collection which aimed to tackle key challenges faced by contemporary furniture makers. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship was particularly impressive and it served to reinforce the project aims of connecting with nature, improving mood and enhancing wellbeing for users.
